Digital Delivery Problem

When I bought my laptop from the Dell website it was supposed to have Lojack as well as 10 GB of online storage.  I can not find either of the software anywhere on my computer.  The packing list says it was installed but it is not.  How do I go about finding this software?   If this is how Dell is sells thing I think I will go elsewhere next time.

geotexas,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You can send me your order number or system service tag number in a private forum message and I will look your information up to verify if it is listed on your order.

This is a user to user forum. Contact Dell for help with this. Read these directions for activating-- support.dell.com/.../document

Edit-- if you don't see any icons on the Desktop, right click on the screen and select View--Show Desktop Icons.

I know this is a user forum.  I was hoping someone else out there would have had this problem and could guide about how to contact DELL to get this problem resolved.  Or possibly how to dig around the hard drive to find the software. I have run multiple searches on the system looking for the "DataSafe online .exe" and the "LoJack.exe" with no luck.  I thought someone might know where it was hiding.  I tried the desktop icon thing too as you recommended and it didn't work.

I do appreciate your help, and once I can find the icon, or get the software DL'ed i will follow your directions to activate it.  I guess my first step is to try and contact DELL through a non automated Customer Service order/system problem reporting website.
