Disable Dell Support Alerts?

Does anyone know how to disable Dell Support Alerts? This is an application (Icon) that loads in the system tray (the area on the lower right of the taskbar by the clock). Under Dell Support Alets/Settings/alerts/notify me by: I have checked "no notification". In the past the application, in spite of this setting, only used to load about once a week, but it now loads up to three or four times a day. I periodically check the Microsoft site for updates, keep my system patched by regularly visiting the "Windows Update" website, and subscribe to various technical issue emails, so I really have no need of this service, and would prefer that it not load in the system tray, anyway. In the control panel/Add Remove programs app, there are two Dell Applications listed. 1. Dell Solution Center and 2. Dell Support. I regularly use the "Help and Support Center" application which is pinned to the start menu and would not want to lose that feature. If I remove the Dell Support item in add/remove programs, will this stop "Dell Support Alerts" from loading four times a day? Comments and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Go to Add/Remove programs and remove Dell Support.  It has never worked very well on anyone's system, it will eliminate the Alterts, and you will not miss this program.

Although I have no idea how I did it, I somehow got those alerts from popping up and I have that program.  There must be another way to do it, as well, but I have no idea! LOL!
