Disabling Simple Filesharing

Question

How can I diable simple file sharing on my Inspiron B130. I have already tried using Tools -> Folder Options method (Dell removed that option). I also tried setting the registry hack involving the guest whatever key. Any other suggestions?

What are you trying to accomplish by disabling Simple File Sharing.  If you have Windows XP Home edition, simple file sharing is the only option available.   Steve
