Without knowing what operating system you are using it's difficult to make suggestions. If you are using Windows 9X see this. If these procedures don't work run the programs in Safe Mode.

Thank you for your help.  I use Windows XP.  I actually searched and found one of the people with the same problem a while back and did what you told them to do and it worked.  I still don't know what you had me do but it worked right away!  Thanks a bunch!  Take care and thanks for the help!
