Disk Cleanup in Properties--What to check?

I have been using the "Disk Clean Up" in My Computer/Properties since I got my computer for 3 years. It came with 2 check marks--Downloaded Prog. Files and Temporary Internet Files.Which of these others are safe to check mark and use?

Offline Web Pages

Recycle Bin

Temporary files

Web Client/Publisher Temp Files compress old files

Catalog files for Context Indexer

Also, how do I get this message to stop double spacing?

I check them all.  In addition, if you click on the advanced tab you can delete all but the most recent system restore points.  I do generally do that too.

I tried checking them all, but it wouldn't let me delete the compressed files. Is it because I didn't do the advanced button and delete all but the most recent restore points.

Temporary internet files arent as bad as you think, because the pictures on the websites get saved to that folder, so the next time you go it will run alot faster.

I'm still wonderding about cleaning up the Compressed old files. I know that compressing the Hard Drive is a very bad thing to do. How does this option relate to that?

Thanks for recommending what to do with the Temp Internet Files.

I think the compressed old files are the files that you save to the temporary folder before you extract them to your desktop or folder.

Chris,

Do you use that option yourself on the Disk Cleanup?

Chris,

I don't think you meant "delete" these files. I won't be doing anything in CleanUp that I'm not sure should be done.
