Canon doesn't have 7 drivers - if the Vista ones don't work, you might contact them to find out if they plan to support Windows 7.

Go to this link, select Vista as the OS, download the twain driver and the toolbox software, install the twain driver then the toolbox software.

They should work just fine in W7
