You can normally purchase a new disk from Dell for about 10.00, give them a call.

All the drivers and utilities for original devices should be on the downloads site. If not, Dell should correct the situation or you might locate drivers from the device manufacturer, but the latter solution should not be necessary.

Windows XP has a lot more drivers included, and not all devices will need drivers from the Dell Downloads area.

Can you access the "Original System Configuration" and "Current System Configuration" tools under Troubleshooting in the Product Support area? That might provide further device identification to match with whatever downloads are available. Does Windows Device Manager report problem devices or missing drivers?
