Talking to a dell rep via chat, I was told that the drivers that don't load are xp components. To resolve the issue, I would need to reinstall windows xp. I understand that when you install windows xp, you have two options, to repair or to reinstall. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each and what are the steps for each?
