Error 1907 - Cannot register fonts

On 12/31/04 I put a fresh install of Windows XP Home and installed Service Pack 2. I then installed Office XP and Frontpage. I then downloaded all the Windows and Office updates. Then I tried to install Publisher 2002 and I kept getting an error code of 1907 - cannot register fonts. I tried clicking ignore all the way through the .TTF fonts and finally ended up with an error code of 2902 ixiFile Copy. I tried shutting down my anti-virus but still have the same problem. Any advice?
