Error loading \3\DLCXtime.dll

Hi,

I have a Dimension E520 running Windows Vista Home Premium.

Recently, I received the following error message "Error loading \3\DLCXtime.dll" upon bootup in Windows. I searched the Internet and there seems to be a link between this and the Dell AIO 926 Printer which I had installed.

Any advise how I can rectify the error?
