Error messages caused by Explorer and Loadqm
I have a Dell Dimension 4100 desktop computer and Windows Millenium Operating System.
Occasionally, I receive the following error messages on my screen:
Explorer has caused an error in SHDOCVW.DLL. Explorer will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.
Loadqm has caused an error in . Loadqm will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.
Is there corrective action I can take to eliminate these error messages?
Many thanks. I apologize for two previous messages (on this same matter) getting away from me and being posted.

For the loadqm error, go to Start|Run, enter msconfig and click OK. On the Startup tab uncheck loadqm, it is not necessary.

No information for that specific error. Several for invalid page faults (see this. The problem is compounded by the fact that the error appears only occasionally.
