Exception EOSError message on brand new Studio 9000 Windows ultimate

I leave my computer running idle for a while (few hours) and am constantly getting the following message in a small window

Exception EOSError in module rtl70.bpl at 0001823A

System Error. Code:8.

Not enought storage is available to process this command.

The system is brand new, I have had it only a month, and have not used it as I was away for the better part of that month.  ALSO it will sometimes become unresponsive and not work for ctrl-alt-delete and will have to hard reboot from power button.

Any suggestions?
