Exception Processing Message

Question

I get the following on Inspirion 531s when trying to click on url in email..   Exception processing message 0x0000012 Parameter 0x7586023C 0x7586023C 0x851C29F4 0x586023C   get window with cancel, try again and continue.  click on continue and new url opens up.   Is this something I need to worry about?  Computer is less than two weeks old.

Have you installed any new software lately?   Have you restarted the PC to see if the error goes away?

After I posted the message, I did reboot computer.  Looks like that fixed problem.  Thanks for your response.
