Express Service code 1
After downloading Express Service Code 1 from Microsoft's website, I get an error message "Access denied". Has any one else had this problem and how do you resolve it? Microsoft was not of any help.
Thanks in advance.

cbabb,
I'm sorry but this post doesn't seem to be getting much attention. Can you check again and tell us what you downloaded from Microsoft?

I resolvd the problem. It was something I did wrong.
Thanks for your help, however.

I thought I had the problem corrected, I don't, however. What I have attemted to do is download Windows XP Service Pack 1 from Microsoft's download center. I have been able to download all of their fix and patches except Service Pack 1. When I attempt this download I get an error message, "access denied". Can you tell me if anyone else has had this problem and most importantly, how to correct it?
Thanks,

I eventually had to purchase the CD Rom from Microsoft to resolve the problem.
