Factory Restore won't work
The internet on my Inspiron 530s wouldn't work no matter what I've done so I've been trying to factory restore it to see if that would help. I've tried pressing F8 during startup to get to the Advanced Boot Options, but the "Repair your computer" option to factory restore it isn't there. I also tried to restore it from an earlier point in time, but every time I try it says that it was unsuccessful. I don't have the manual or any CDs it came with either. I don't know much about computers, but I heard that maybe reinstalling my OS (Vista) would do the job (but I don't know how to do that.. if you know, please tell me!). Is there any way to restore my computer back to it's factory settings?
Thanks in advance!

According to the user manual for the 530s
