Factory image restore Not working
Hey everyone, I have this problem where i try to do a factory image restore with my laptop (win7) whether by using Dell DataSafe Local Backup or by using the F8 button at the startup of the laptop, when i use Dell DataSafe Local Backup the device just restart normally without opening the restore window and the same thing happens when using el F8 button also, any ideas whats could be causing this ?
