False Printer Error message

My Media Center has an "INTUIT internal printer".  I also have a  sooftware .pdf "printer" which converts documents to .pdf files which I have installed.  I access these through the print feature of the document's application (Word, WP etc).  The .pdf printer works fine with my other Dells, including Inspiron and Dimensions computers with XP.

 

But wiht the Media Center, both applications fail to print.  I have reinstalled the .pdf application and I still can't get it to work.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
