Fatal Error Installing Wave ETS on WinXp SP3

Experts,

I'm having problems installing the Embassy Trusted Suite on my Latitude D630,

Microsoft Installer is throwing the following errors (I know it's not a Dell related issue, but maybe someone knows how to fix it):
