Format and reinstall ME?

Question

I just inherited an older laptop, with Windows ME, Office 2000 etc. from my daughter. She has all kinds of garbage from college on it. How can I erase everything on the hard drive, and reload ME and Office and start clean again? It has a 650 Pentium processer, 128 ram, and a 6.4 gb HD.
