Thanks guys very much. These found a few things wrong and fixed.
Also is there some form of software than can figure out why I do not have sound for certain things. When I play music from the Dell JukeBox it is great. When I go to play something from the internet I have nothing. I use DSL. Movie Trailers, Streaming Videos, YouTube etc there is no sound.
Also I have issues printing. When I go to print something I see the job in the print box. It seems to print in no where land, and goes away.

I think "system mechanic" is so poor its unbelievable.
I downloaded it and gave my comp a scan and 99% of the "problems" it came back with, (that it had very little exact data on unless I specifically told it to let me resolve the problem) were absolutely nothing wrong at all. It even tried to tell me my Gamespy download manager, (used for downloading demos and so on through the gamespy client) was an adult content dialer! (I checked to make sure and it was pointing to the legit file), also almost all of the other problems it was trying to state were wrong were just my own personal customisations and hardly vulnerabilities at all.
Just irritating as it tried to make out there was so much wrong and my PC health was "poor" because of all these menial customisations and so on, the only thing legit it came back with were a few cookies and it telling me to empty my recycle bin, (I empty that at the end of every day anyways).
Definately wouldn't recommend that program for anyone as theres definately better ones out there, if I were a novice user I'd be very worried and thinking my PC was infested with alsorts of problems with what that told me, and if I simply told it to "resolve the problems" without specifically making it show me what it was saying was wrong first, half my programs and games would not be working after.
I know theres often a lot of false positives with these kinda programs and ya are supposed to check first but whoa, the amount of false or menial results made out to be "critical issues" reported by that program is staggering. Its like taking your car to a dodgy cowboy mechanic and having him come back saying loads of work needs to be done and half the parts need to be replacedd or stupid amounts of money, when all that it realy needs is a polish and maybe a few screws tightening.
