I keep getting thi smessage, and dont know what to do . the full message is as followsÖ

Is there not also an error similar to
Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000a3c0.
If not there are quite a few causes of this problem.
Check these
1 Disconnect any printers and scanners to see if this helps.
Could be a printer/scanner driver problem
2. McAfee/Norton Antivirus or Firewall has been the problem for some people
Disconnect from the Internet, turn one off at a time, and see if the problem is still there. Remember to turn them on again before going online
3. Run some online scans
