I did look at that, but it describes a blue screen situation when the Ghost Service won't start. My Ghost Service is running fine, program opens fine then the error comes up. Any action to do a backup which then entails looking at the drives results in the error.
Appreciate the help. I learned something re: the Symantec Knowledge Base. If you go into it via a Product, like Ghost, and then search on "catastrophic error", you get zippo. If you just do a search on "catastrophic error", you get tons. Live and learn.
