Graphics Error

I just loaded EA Sports Tiger Woods 2005 and when playing I get graphic lines through out and it is tough to see.  I called EA and they said it was my graphics card.  After talking with all Dell hardware support, I have the basic hard drive to run this program and they now think it is the XP software.  He then transfered me to Software Support and he thought the fix was easy, but I do not have the paid support and he referred me to the cart line.  What can I do to fix this graphics error within the software?

Thanks

Looks like I have all of those minimal requirements for EA TW 2005.  Is there something within XP to reprogram?  Since this is a Laptop, is that the program?

Thanks for your help

Block845,

If your graphics card does not meet the requirements of the game the only thing you can do is replace the card with one which does or update the drivers for the card you have in the event a later driver provides the capability that the game requires for a clean display.
