** HELP ** When trying to install windowsXp pro i get this error? read msg body

Hello everyone im trying to reinstall WindowsXp pro which  i purchased on my Dim XPS Gen4, my system has Sata drives so i use the floppy i made with the controller drivers to be able to continue setup , but after i hit F6 at the beginning of the install and it prompts me for the floppy i do and it gives me the following error.

 

 

File iaStore.sys caused an enexpected error (4096) at line 2108 in d:\xpclient\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

 

press any key to continue

 

always gives this error no matter if i choose the Sata controllor or the AHCi controller, any help on wha6t can be causing this will be appreciated below is the specs on my system.

 

Dimension XPS gen 4

p4- 3.8Ghz

2gigs of Ddr2 ram

2x - 160 gig hard drives

DvD RW drive

dvd rom drive
