Having problems installing windows Server SBS Premium on an XPS 200

I would like to install Windows Server 2003 on my new XPS 200 desktop. I cannot get the install CD to recognize the disk drive. I've repartitioned the disk using Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0, downloaded the drivers from Dell, slipped the SATA drivers into the ISO file using nLite and wrote the ISO file to a bootable CD using ISO recorder. The new Windows 2003 boot disk reports that it cannot see the disk.

I will appreciate all suggestions and comments.

The solution to this problem was to buy a USB floppy disk then use the F6 option during the boot sequence of Windows Server. Specific instructions (from Intel) are provided in the readme file included in the Dell SATA driver download. I did not realize that the XPS bios supported a USB floppy.
