Help .blue screen error please

Hello i am writing on behalf of my brother who doesn't have access to a computer as he has a blue screen error  , he has tried restart from last known but no good . the error is 0x00000024(0X00190203,0X81B129F8,0X00000000)  its a dell dimension 3000 , any thoughts as dell are not in till tomorrow and access is needed  ???? thankyou n advance  .
