Can anyone help me to download flash player right when it starts to finish downloading an error box pops up saying an error occurred while attemption to read a file .

Tab4bana, We need to know the exact error you are receiving and XP version.  I assume you are downloading from this site:   http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/#players.  Tony

it says Error 1904.Module C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash8.ocx  failed to register HRESULT-2147220473. Contact your support personnel.

Tab4bana,   Ok.  Here's the drill.  Click on Start|Run.  Type cmd.  Press Enter.  At the command prompt type cd\windows\system32\macromed\flash.  Press Enter.  Your prompt should now be: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash >   Type regsvr32 flash8.ocx.  Press Enter.  A regsvr32 information box should pop up that reads: 'DllRegister Server in flash8.ocx succeeded'.  If you receive a message that it did not succeed, then restart your computer in Safe Mode.  Login as Administrator.  Repeat the regsvr32 flash8.ocx command.  If this does not fix the problem let us know.
