Using Internet Explorer, go to My Dell Downloads :: Login use the same email address and password you use here, then click on add system. Dell Stage can be downloaded from there.

You'll see Stage Framework, this is the program. You should also see Music stage and Video stage. Installing these will being more options.

My Dell Downloads tell me "Service Tag is not supported".

But on the Dell website my service tag is supported.

When I type my service tag, site tell me "Service Tag is not supported"

But, on Dell Websyte is written on my laptop "Install Dell Stage..."
