How do I reinstall Outlook Express 6 on Windows ME system

Go to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs. Scroll down to Microsoft Outlook Express 6 and uninstall it. Reboot. Go back to Add/Remove Programs and scroll down to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Tools and click to uninstall it. When you do so, a context menu will appear. Choose "Add a component" from that menu and reinstall Outlook Express from the dialog that opens next.

I got it reinstalled, but I still have a problem with opening messages.  When I click on email messages, no matter which folder I am in, they automatically downsize.  Then I have to double click the downsized message to open it. 

At least I can open them, but I have a part time online job and a lot of messages.  This is time consuming and aggravating.  Is there a way to correct this?
