I can't decrypt encrypt data after reinstall windows.
I safe the important data in D partition of permanent storage.
Next Go to properties and i select the option of encrypt contents of secure data.
Now my important data is secure.[As above i mention i select the option of encrypt].
I have fully control on my pc and i change setting when i want to change.
Because i use windows 8 pro as Administrator.
After few months later i Reinstall windows 8 pro.
I using the windows 8 pro as Administrator.

I can't open it,i can't move it,i can't copy to another place in my pc or usb.
[when i un select the option of encrypt contents of secure data and apply]
then window dialog box show the message
[you will need to provide administrator permission to change these attributes.]
Before i reinstall windows 8 pro
I don't know what is Bit locker.
I only select the option of (encrypt content of secure data).
After a fresh install, i can't decrypt files. The information for the encryption and decryption would of been stored on the drive i wiped.

There is support for this but it is not free support.
The first thing microsoft will ask for is your credit card so they can start charging you time and materials immediate @$175 an hour.
You did not save your Recovery keys and password on a recovery disk.
You did not say which model Dell.
You did not say what version of windows and which service pack.
When you reinstall you lose those.
Even if you create an exact same user id and password the SID for that account is not the same.
You have encrypted yourself into oblivion.
Your data is lost.
Bitlocker Repair Tool

Use this command-line tool if the following conditions are true:
