How to find hidden files

if you wanted to see the hidden files on say disc C, then do the following...

>my computer >right click on c to open it up,...then look at the top of the page where it says tools,..click on folder options, and you will see the middle tab says view, click on it ..... a little way down the box, you will see a radio box which says "show hidden files" click it, and then click apply.

this works for all manner of hidden files you may want to see
