I have one desktop computer (dimension E310). Windows xp MCE 2005 is not work in it. How to get windows xp media center edition 2005 reinstalation cd?

Dell has procedures for obtaining replacement discs, however how to get them depends on your location.
For US customers, HERE is the on-line request form.
The E310 has (or had) a Dell recovery partition on the hard drive, accessed by CTRL/F11 at initial boot up. If yours still has this, you can use this to restore and no discs are needed.
