IEEXPORERE.EXE Process gets stuck

I need to know why the IEXPORER.EXE process gets stuck even though I have no IE windows open.  Not only does it stuck for each instance but the mem usage does not free up.  and please do not insult my intelligence by telling me it is spyware.

 

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
