I have no information on this turntable. I did find some installation information for the ION turntable and installing it in Windows 8 at the link below. I see no reason for this not to work. If your audio driver is working for other sounds in your computer then that is not the problem. Click the link below and contact ION for getting this configured in your system if needed.
