You need an up to date installation .iso, preferably the Dell Windows 7 Pro Skylake .iso see here for details:

Alternatively you can go through the procedure to manually slipstream, USB 3.0 drivers, SATA preinstallation drivers, NVMe hotfixes, the convenience rollup and IE11:

Tanks a lot for the Help. i  have downloaded the Updated ISO of Windows 7 from Dell and i was able to Install Windows 7.

Frankly i try also to create a custom Image with the guide you gave me. i ran the script to update the wim files but i was not able to install Windows 7.  I still have the same problems after the installation and i don't know why....

I will try again......i saw only that the wim file of the dell ISO were much bigger of the wim files updated by our iso....

I will try again maybe i miss something...now i have the problem to install Ubuntu 16.04 and i think will be also harder!!!!
