Install error on GX620 when installing FileNET Viewer 3.3

I am a PC Tech and am responsible for keeping software config up to date.  Our users tend to have problems (lockups or disconnects) with FileNET.  Usually reinstalling the viewer (idmview.exe) alleviates the problem.  But, on the Optiplex GX620s, we are unable to reinstall the viewer.  The install errors out, leaving no option but to reimage the PC.  Anyone had this happen?  Or have any ideas?  I am considering disassembling an image to see if I can figure out what it's conflicting with (i.e. uninstall one program at a time, trying to install the viewer after each uninstall until nothing but Windows is left).

 

We run the 620 with both 3.2 and 3.4 gHz, usually 1GB RAM, WinXP Pro, Office 2003 Enterprise, Sophos, Alchemy 7.2, FileNET 3.3, Bizflow, Citrix Presentation Server client v10.
