Installer error 1622
I am getting this error message (Installer error 1622) while tryin to install Google video chat or Fcebook vido chat. Please help resolve this issue?

Tried running the programme you suggested. Did not detect any problems. Gave me a list of prog to selelct but as i could not install the relevent (Google and FB video)programmes they do not show up in the populated list.
Had problems with installing Adobe Lightroom also, spoke to techical team in Adobe who finally helped me install them> He cretaed a new user account and helped me using screen share to finally install Lightroom. He said it was a problem with the Windows Installer.
Can any one help please?
