Installing XP Pro 64

Question

I have a Demension 8400 and I downloaded the trial for XP 64, when I restart the computer and boot off the CD, setup says there are no hard disks present and cannot proceed. I am assuming the Serial drives dont get initialized until after the cd boots, is there a way to change this?

Forgot to add: Or, you can change the BIOS setting for the hdd to RAID/ATA. The RAID drivers allow you to use the AHCI setting in the bios and allow you to make RAID on the fly.
