Installshield fails on Setup for Quickbooks
According to quickbooks,
"It looks like that you may have a problem with your install shield software:
One of 2 things:
Try and delete all the system temp folder contents, to access them: Go to Start – Run then in the open field type: %temp% and click on OK. Not this, I tried it.
Go to the installshield website http://www.macrovision.com/products/installation/installshield.htm and search for the error message, as you might need an update to your current version.
Macrovision suggest to contact manufacturer who will have purchased product from them! I have tried unsuccessfully to find how to update/repair my installshield from Dell but....
Anybody have any ideas PLEASE!!
