No problems here either. All should go smoothly as long as it is installed on a clean computer.
There are some tips here, but probably more than you want to know or will need:

Yes I prefer 7 for various reasons (some sites didn't work), it didn't let me uninstall the beta version of 8 when I had service pack 3 so had to do a system restore before installing service pack 3 computer went incredibily slow after it so had to do a clean reinstall, therefore I don't recommend ie8 at the moment.
Internet explorer 7 is great though, never had any problems with its beta either.

IE7 is a critical update to the Windows operating system.
It includes numerous security fixes and several, very good features that I could not do without.
Unless you have a particular reason for keeping IE6, you should immediately update to IE7 without doubt.
