Internet Explorer Problems.....is it SP2???

Question

I installed SP2 without a problem almost a month ago...but lately I keep haveing a few issues with internet explorer.  When I click back it doesn't go back at all....or when I click on a link to a picture from a web page the new page comes up in a very small window and no matter how long I adjust the window it keeps coming up that size...and lastly when I download short video clips Internet Explorer crashes...please help

Doesnt looks like a problem with Sp2 more like the links to the video are crashing ie probably some file in ie got corrupted .It would be a good idea to reisntall ie get the info here

I tried to re install Internet explorer and it said that a new version of Internet Explorer has already been detected and the setup cannot continue....I just want the window size to stay the same...
