Internet Explorer Script Error

I'm getting several Internet Explorer Script Errors with the message that reads:  "An error has occurred in the script on this page."   I get this error message when I open "Help" in Quicken 2006, I get it when I open User Accounts in the Control Panel. This happens when I click on one of the Help options in that program.  I created a new User Account on the same computer and I don't receive any Script Errors at all.   ANY IDEAS?  I would greatly appreciate the help.

If creating another user profile solves the problem, then it would seem you've found the solution.

So, are saying I need to move everything over to the new account?
