Internet Explorer has encountered an error..
I keep getting this "Interent Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" pop up window when i try to log on to the net. it is ususally just the first time. after i close it and try again, it usually works ok, but it is very annoying. the error message i clicked on gave me this info: windows NT 5.1 iexplore.exe modver: 1.0.0.2 . i have called tech support and they were no help, sent in an e-mail to dell, and i'm waiting for a reply. maybe someone out there can help me???

I use a cable provider now and I was on aol. I got so fed up w/internet explorer I went back to aol but using the broadband for aol. Much better. So if you get any help please let me know at Tamalee42@aol.com Thank-you Tammy

Spyware & Browser Hijacks - Am I being Spied on?
You may not know it but someone might be spying on you from your computer. If you have third party software on your computer that was downloaded from the internet you may have spyware.
Spyware installs itself on your computer without your knowledge. It eats up your computers processing power and vital bandwidth. Worst of all, it monitors your websurfing habits and may even take some of your personal information (ie:email address, credit card, ect). Then it uses your connection to the internet to report to an outside source. Spyware is a waste of your computers processing power, your internet bandwidth, and could be dangerous.
Spyware - Because its not just big brother any more. Be aware of what is running on your computer, what it is doing, who put it there, why they put it there and if they had the right to put it there.
