This is just a guess, but go to Internet Options in Tools and select Security. Click the custom button. Place a dot in the disable circle in front of IFrames. Also, you may get the help you need here at

IE is designed to print frame by frame. Another reason for your problem in IE 6 may be a setting in your Firewall. If things print properly with the Firewall disabled, you need to change settings. Finally, check your printer's support pages. Good luck.
