I use diskeeper pro 2007 and really like it for the fast defrag.

Diskeeper is a good program. An alternative (at a lower price) is PerfectDisk. I've used both and they both do a good job.

I use Diskeeper Pro and I like it a lot because it has a great automatic defrag mode. You can simply turn it on and not worry about defragging. The manual defrags are quick too, and also comes with the option of boot-time defrag.

I have not used Pro Premier, so no idea.

Go with whatever suits your budget best. Don't worry too much about the sequencing stuff...from the performance point of view, the benefit of having files un-fragmented is usually enough, and more of a necessity than file placement/sequencing.

I am using Diskeeper 2007 Home and never have to think about defraging again.  A great product.
