Hi,
Thank you for reaching us.
You may try running the command "sfc \scannow" in command prompt in Admin mode.
Check if that works, Else, try "Automatic repair" as the 2nd step , Please refer the below link for video tutorial.

If neither of the above steps work, Please backup the data and proceed with "PC Refresh".
