.dll. Did you uninstall the old video driver or did you install the new one "on top"? The best way to replace a video driver is to uninstall the old one, then run a good video driver cleaner such as Driver Cleaner Pro, free here: www.drivercleaner.net/professional.html
Then reboot in safe mode (making sure antiviral software isn't running) and finally install new video driver.
Thanks but I solved the problem, I think. I installed the latest drivers for my card and I also had a problem with
HP share-to-Web software which I corrected. It all seems good now. I guess the HP software fix worked. I was also getting intermittent crashes in IE6 which seem to also been corrected.
