Hi DougBryant,

The download link to the driver file does not work on Dell's support website. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please access the download link for the video driver on the Dell's FTP website. Follow the steps listed below:

1. Click http://bit.ly/QA9hrW to download the last file '2011-05-19 - VIDEO_DRVR_WIN_R304340.EXE'
2. Save it on 'Desktop'
3. Double click the file
4. Click 'Install'
5. Follow through with the installation steps as per the on-screen instructions and 'Finish'
6. Restart the laptop and re-check the status. (Video driver is now installed)

Hi DougBryant,

Please share results of the video driver that I provided. Was the installation successful? Also wanted to update that the broken driver link on support.dell.com is also fixed now. It was a temporary failure that may have resulted from database updates on the server. The link started working automatically after couple of hours. Do reply if you have any further questions. I would be glad to assist.
