You do have a problem. Restart your computer. Press F8 before Windows Starts. Select Safe Mode with Networking. Login as Administrator. Click Start|Run. Type
msconfig. Press Enter.
Go to Startup tab. Uncheck everything but your antivirus programs. Apply. Restart your computer. If you can log in, proceed to next step. If not restart in Safe Mode with Networking and proceed with next step.
Some will not install in Safe Mode. Install what you can. Update and scan. Restart normally, Install/update and scan with the rest. Delete adware, spyware, malware, and crimeware objects. Heal, quarantine or delete virus-infected files. Once you get rid of the bugs, You can run
msconfig Click on Normal Startup. Apply and restart. If this doesn't fix 99% of your problem, let us know.
