Wanarp.sys is the "MS Remote Access and Routing ARP Driver"

 Put it in
C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Try that and see if it stops the error message

i was getting a lot of errors like this...

i searched on end for months as to what could be causing it...
finally microsoft's "windows debugger" program helped me out...
MCAFEE was the villian...uninstalled it...no more BSODS.

Thanks for the info, but the funny thing is that i restarted the computer and the message didnt come back.  i called dell and those people said that this message could mean a bunch of things one of which would compromise all of my information on the computer.  so that scared me a little bit.  This is a new computer not even 4 months old and garbage like this seems to keep on coming up and up.  Why? i wish there was a simple answer.
